Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep of airport facilities and critical infrastructure. The role ensures all equipment, systems and buildings operate safely and efficiently, supporting the Saudi Vision 2030 airport development plan.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor weekly and monthly generator schedules and automatic transfer switches, ensuring operational readiness.
• Coordinate testing and maintenance of mechanical systems such as water treatment, sewage, conveyor belts, elevators, escalators, fire‑fighting and gas detection systems.
• Respond promptly to power outages, water supply interruptions, and other maintenance‑related disruptions affecting air transport operations.
• Verify availability of specialized tools and testing equipment for electrical and electronic system maintenance.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and compliance checks against approved procedures and standards.
• Supervise airport facility maintenance work, develop and implement cleaning schedules and detailed cleaning plans.
• Maintain inventories of cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment and consumables, and ensure preventive maintenance of cleaning equipment.
• Prepare monthly reports on consumable usage, non‑recoverable items and the condition of newly installed systems.
• Inspect maintenance warehouses, assess spare‑parts storage conditions and ensure quality and performance of stocked items.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in airport or large‑scale facility maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to supervise teams, manage resources and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
