Management Information Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical MIS Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The role involves transforming business data into accurate, actionable reports and insights that support operational and management decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Analyze financing, sales, collections, and portfolio data to identify trends, variances and KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of data across reports and source systems.
• Develop, enhance and automate reports and dashboards in coordination with business functions.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate complex datasets into clear business insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide timely analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and efficiency.
• Support ad‑hoc reporting and data analysis requests as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in finance, fintech, banking or lending is preferred.
