Manager - Compliance Policies Management

About the role

As a Manager – Compliance Policies Management, you will lead policy management activities including conducting fair and independent investigations, providing compliance advisory support to business units, and monitoring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in promoting ethical business conduct, identifying compliance risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the overall control environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain organization‑wide policies and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards.
• Provide proactive advisory support to business units for consistent policy interpretation and implementation.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend enhancements based on regulatory updates, operational needs, investigation outcomes, and compliance assessments.
• Monitor, test, and report on adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements across the organization.
• Identify compliance gaps, support corrective action planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead fair, timely, and independent investigations into misconduct, policy breaches, ethical concerns, and conflicts of interest.
• Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and metrics related to investigations, policy compliance, and monitoring activities.
• Escalate significant compliance risks, investigation outcomes, and control weaknesses to management as appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Policy, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including leading corporate investigations and compliance assessments.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven project‑management capability with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent report‑writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Experience reviewing documents, conducting interviews, and producing investigation reports.
