About the role
The Manager, Sales and Business Development (Enterprise) drives growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the enterprise customer base. This role leads the full sales cycle, manages key accounts, and works cross‑functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet enterprise client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, driving retention, growth, and cross‑selling.
- Develop account plans and market penetration strategies for target industries.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer engagement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates, monitoring performance against targets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal functions.
