Managing Consultant – Performance Analytics & Credit Risk SME

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Managing Consultant to lead performance‑analytics engagements within its Advisors & Consulting Services practice. The role focuses on credit‑risk analytics, helping global clients translate data into actionable insights that improve risk management and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end analytics projects for clients across banking, payments, retail and other industries.
• Design and implement analytical solutions that leverage Mastercard and client data to address credit‑risk challenges.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to define problem statements, develop analytics strategies and deliver measurable impact.
• Produce clear recommendations and narratives that synthesize quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other consulting specializations such as Strategy, Business Experimentation and Program Management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in analytics consulting or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work with senior business leaders.
• Deep understanding of credit‑risk concepts and financial services environments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights in a clear, business‑focused manner.
