About the role

We are seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to lead key account management and drive sales growth across government (NUPCO) and private hospitals and clinics in Riyadh. The role involves building strong relationships, presenting our medical disposable and consumable products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Maintain and expand an existing client list within government (NUPCO) and private medical sectors.
  • Generate orders and contracts with assigned clients.
  • Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Arrange and lead meetings, listening to client requirements and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver product and service presentations.
  • Produce regular sales and financial reports.
  • Ensure stock availability for demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections and complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve results.
  • Collect and share customer feedback with relevant departments.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to government hospitals (NUPCO) and private medical facilities.
  • Proven track record with NUPCO and/or private clients since 2022.
  • Strong knowledge of medical disposable and consumable products.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
