About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Trainee Lawyer at شركة مشعل العيدان للمحاماة in Al Khobar. You will work closely with senior attorneys, gaining practical experience in legal research, document drafting, and client interaction while supporting the team on various cases.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive analyses.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, memoranda and other legal documents.
• Provide preliminary legal advice under supervision.
• Assist in case preparation and support litigation activities.
• Interact with clients, attend negotiations and meetings.
• Monitor updates in Saudi labor and employment legislation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Strong foundation in labor and employment law.
• Ability to produce accurate legal advice and precise documentation.
• Excellent research and analytical writing skills.
• Effective negotiation and client communication abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly beneficial.
• Detail‑oriented and collaborative mindset.
