Multiple Hospitality Positions – Coffee Shop & Bakery

About the role

Our client, a growing hospitality company in Jeddah, is expanding its coffee shop and bakery operations. They are seeking enthusiastic individuals for several on‑site positions, including Reception/Host, Captain, Specialty Coffee Barista, Pastry Chef Assistant and Bakery Assistant. Each role contributes to delivering premium coffee, fresh bakery products and memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Reception/Host: greet guests, manage seating, maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Captain: supervise floor operations, support service staff and uphold high service standards.
• Barista: prepare espresso drinks, create latte art and serve customers according to specialty coffee standards.
• Pastry Chef Assistant: assist in pastry preparation, dessert production and kitchen workflow while ensuring quality and hygiene.
• Bakery Assistant: support dough preparation, baking and pastry production for daily bakery output.

Required profile

• Friendly and presentable appearance.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred for host and captain roles.
• Passion for specialty coffee and bakery products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
