Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1) – Saudi National Only

About the role

We are looking for a Saudi National to join Müller's Solutions as a Network Monitoring Analyst (ACI/F5 L1). The role provides first‑line support for our SEC Data Center and Cloud Networks, focusing on Cisco ACI and F5 load‑balancing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of Cisco ACI and F5 systems, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
• Provide Level‑1 support for network incidents and service requests, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and manage network configurations and policies.
• Analyze network traffic and performance metrics to improve functionality.
• Record incidents, operations, and resolutions for compliance and future reference.
• Support network security by monitoring potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Respond to infrastructure alarms, perform initial fault isolation, restoration, and notification.
• Log issues, create and assign daily L1 incidents, and document known fault types in the knowledge base.
• Follow SOPs, change‑control procedures, and escalation processes to Level 2/3 engineers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in network monitoring or support, preferably with Cisco ACI and F5.
• Ability to work an 8x5 schedule and provide on‑call support.
• Strong attention to detail, good documentation and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of networking principles, TCP/IP and application delivery.
• Saudi National.
