About the role
We are seeking a PhD‑qualified Nursing Faculty Member to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality nursing education, mentor students, and contribute to curriculum development and scholarly research.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, seminars and practical teaching sessions in nursing.
- Develop, update and maintain course materials, curricula and student assessments.
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students throughout their studies and research projects.
- Conduct original research and contribute to peer‑reviewed academic publications.
- Support academic quality assurance, accreditation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- PhD in Nursing or a closely related discipline.
- Prior experience in a nursing faculty role at a public or private academic institution.
- Demonstrated experience in nursing education, curriculum development and student assessment.
- Strong teaching, communication and research abilities.
- Relevant professional registration where required for the role.
