Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Kindergarten Teacher you will create and deliver age-appropriate lessons that foster early literacy, numeracy and social-emotional growth in a safe, inclusive classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver structured and play-based learning activities for kindergarten children.
• Develop and organise classroom materials and resources.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to children and parents.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student development.
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in professional development sessions.
• Support school events, adhere to school policies and contribute to a positive learning culture.

Required profile

• Experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
• Strong teaching and education background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
• Relevant teaching certification or license (beneficial).
• Ability to design engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
• Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
• Commitment to inclusivity, collaboration and ongoing professional growth.
