Occupational Health Specialist – Sales

About the role

The Occupational Health Specialist will deliver a comprehensive occupational health solution for Almarai’s sales division. This includes performing employee and workplace health assessments, reporting findings, and escalating occupational conditions to protect staff and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Align, implement and maintain an Occupational Health Service that meets divisional and group goals.
• Maintain and analyse employee OH records, producing statistical reports.
• Develop and deliver OH‑related training for managers, safety advisors and other staff.
• Identify health hazards, conduct risk assessments and monitor employee health in work environments.
• Manage crisis and emergency situations related to occupational health.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of FMCG or logistics environments.
• Ability to conduct health assessments, interpret results and propose solutions.
• Experience handling workplace crises and emergencies.
