OCM Consultant

About the role

The OCM Consultant will lead the design and execution of organizational change management initiatives that support large‑scale IT implementations. You will work closely with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive OCM strategies aligned with IT implementation goals.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, gather feedback, and communicate benefits.
• Conduct change impact assessments and create mitigation plans.
• Design communication plans, training programs, and resistance‑management tactics.
• Assess change readiness and implement interventions to enhance adoption.
• Establish OCM governance, track KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with IT project teams to embed change activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in business change consulting or OCM.
• Proven ability to design and execute change strategies for complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
