OpenText Administration Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Administration Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing the full suite of OpenText platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration with SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Administer OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, OTDS, and Extended ECM (xECM) environments.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot platform, application, and integration issues across infrastructure, database, SAP Basis, and network teams.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery validation activities.
• Plan and execute OpenText version upgrades, patching, and impact assessments.
• Coordinate SAP ArchiveLink and S/4HANA integration, supporting document archiving and retrieval processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in OpenText administration.
• At least 2 full‑lifecycle OpenText implementations.
• Successful delivery of a minimum of 2 OpenText upgrade projects.
• Experience with large enterprise environments and SAP integration projects.
• Preferably involved in S/4HANA transformation programs.
