Operational Risk Manager

About the role

The Operational Risk Manager will oversee all risk‑related activities for Bechtel’s Jubail compounds, acting as the primary liaison with the Royal Commission Security and ensuring robust risk management across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise risk activities at the Bechtel project and jobsite.
• Maintain regular communication and liaison with Royal Commission Security and attend all security‑related meetings.
• Inform management of major accomplishments, issues, and concerns related to operational risk.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with law‑enforcement, security agencies, foreign operations groups, corporate Operational Risk teams, and third‑party information providers.
• Support the execution of security‑related aspects of new residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational risk management within large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate with security and regulatory authorities.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior management and external stakeholders.
