Operational Specialist

About the role

The Operational Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Riyadh Region. You will support the smooth daily operation of the hair transplant centre by coordinating patient flow, managing appointment schedules and ensuring that both clinical and administrative processes run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow and manage appointment scheduling.
• Ensure clinical and administrative processes operate efficiently.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to monitor service quality.
• Implement operational improvements and policies.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with inventory and resource allocation.
• Support front‑desk activities when needed and contribute to patient‑experience initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data.
• Effective communication abilities for coordination with staff and patients.
• Sales capabilities to support service promotion and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Operations management experience in healthcare or service‑oriented environments.
• Project‑management skills to plan and track efficiency projects.
• Proficiency with office software and basic data‑management tools.
• Ability to work on‑site full‑time in Riyadh and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Previous experience in clinic, hospital or medical‑center operations is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field preferred.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a focus on high‑quality service delivery.
