Operations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations of multiple Cinnabon food & beverage outlets across Saudi Arabia. You will ensure operational excellence, profitability and high customer satisfaction while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurants, cafés and other F&B sites, ensuring consistent implementation of SOPs and brand standards.
• Monitor and analyse P&L performance, drive sales growth, control food, labour and operating costs, and achieve budget targets.
• Lead, coach and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams, conduct performance reviews and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi labour laws, municipal regulations, HACCP and food‑safety requirements, keeping all licences and certifications up to date.
• Oversee inventory and supply‑chain processes, minimise waste and optimise stock control.
• Prepare regular operational reports, track KPIs and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, with a proven track record as an Operations Manager for a restaurant brand.
• Experience managing multiple units and large teams, delivering sales and profitability growth.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations, food safety standards and cost‑control techniques.
