Operations Manager – Saudi National (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities for our offices in Riyadh and Al Khobar. The role ensures that local operations align with global standards while supporting senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and business operations across Riyadh and Al Khobar.
• Lead local operational initiatives and implement global projects.
• Manage office budgets, expenses, suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Supervise facilities management, health & safety, and workplace standards.
• Support office relocations, renovations, expansions and other operational projects.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement and other support functions.
• Provide guidance on Saudi employment practices, regulations and business requirements.
• Support employee relations and ensure effective handling of operational matters.
• Manage, develop and mentor a small local operations team.

Required profile

• Saudi national with significant experience in office management, business operations or a similar leadership role.
• Background in a law firm, professional services firm or multinational organization is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment practices, regulations and local business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, facilities and operational projects.
• Independent decision‑maker who can align local actions with global policies.
• Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Arabic is required.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment and willing to support both Riyadh and Al Khobar offices.
