Oracle EBS Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to drive technical design, customisations and integrations for R12 implementations. The role will work closely with functional teams, business users and developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all technical workstreams for Oracle EBS R12 implementation and enhancements.
• Design and build technical solutions across Financials, SCM or HRMS modules.
• Develop and review RICEFW components – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, Forms, OAF objects.
• Perform code reviews, enforce Oracle coding standards and ensure development quality.
• Support data conversion strategy, mapping, extraction, transformation and validation.
• Define deployment approach and move data across environments.
• Coordinate unit and system integration testing.
• Communicate clearly within integrated project teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support projects.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, Personalisation, BI Publisher and OAF.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage end‑to‑end delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
