Oracle Primavera Unifier Senior Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM Senior Consultant to lead full‑cycle implementations, provide ongoing support, and drive continuous improvement of our project controls platform. The role works closely with Operations, Finance, and Project Controls teams within the EPC construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design, configuration, testing, deployment and go‑live of Oracle Unifier solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to capture, validate and implement functional requirements.
• Configure and manage modules such as Cost Management, Schedule Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Workflows, Reporting and Document Management.
• Ensure seamless integration with Primavera P6/EPPM, Aconex, Candy, BIM, Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Provide post‑implementation support, enhancements, user training, workshops and knowledge transfer.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Unifier and Primavera EPPM in EPC/Construction projects.
• Proven record of 2‑3 full lifecycle Oracle Unifier implementations.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles and project controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
