Outlet Manager – The Club (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of The Club outlet at the Fairmont Red Sea resort, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality guest experience in a luxury environment. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for team leadership, service standards, financial performance and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned outlet, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop the outlet team through scheduling, training, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, handling feedback, requests and complaints promptly.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor, and cost controls, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory, procurement and stock levels to minimise waste and ensure product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years of progressive experience in outlet or food‑and‑beverage management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, hygiene and food‑safety regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hospitality management software and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Windows applications and general computer literacy.
• Experience using inventory management systems and vendor relationship tools.
