Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist

About the role

This hands‑on position focuses on driving measurable customer acquisition through Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram. You will own the full‑funnel campaign lifecycle, from audience strategy and creative testing to landing‑page optimization, conversion tracking and performance reporting. The role is ideal for a mid‑level specialist who enjoys experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making and AI‑assisted creative workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram, from planning to scaling.
• Develop audience strategies using interest targeting, look‑alike audiences, retargeting and funnel‑stage segmentation.
• Manage budgets, pacing and performance KPIs such as CPA, CPL, cost per demo and ROAS.
• Design, test and iterate multiple creative concepts, leveraging AI tools for copy and asset generation.
• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API and conversion events; ensure reliable attribution.
• Collaborate with product, sales, design and video teams to align campaigns with offers and lead‑quality goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Proven track record of optimizing budgets toward high‑intent conversion goals (lead generation, demo bookings, free‑trial sign‑ups).
• Strong understanding of Meta campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting and look‑alike audiences.
• Experience with landing‑page optimization, conversion‑focused copywriting and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and ability to work independently.
• Background in SaaS or technology companies and B2B lead‑generation funnels is a plus.
