Painting Coating Incharge

About the role

The Painting Coating Incharge will lead the coating and painting activities for a major oil & gas project in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to senior project management, the role ensures high‑quality finishes, compliance with safety standards, and timely execution of shutdown and turnaround operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all painting and coating works on site.
• Plan and schedule shutdown/turnaround activities related to surface preparation and coating.
• Manage a team of painters, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper surface cleaning, primer application, and color matching.
• Monitor drying, curing processes and equipment operation.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental protocols throughout the project.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in coating/painting supervision, preferably in oil & gas.
• Diploma, BE/B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification.
• Proven experience with shutdown or turnaround projects.
