Parodontax Brand Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Haleon is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the Parodontax portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, drive brand performance, and ensure flawless execution of consumer‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily brand operations and maintain seamless business flow.
• Monitor market share, forecast volume, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Execute consumer promotions, brand activations, and integrated campaigns.
• Track and analyse P&L, market performance, and consumer metrics, reporting insights to senior leadership.
• Manage creative and media agencies from brief to delivery, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
• Collaborate with shopper marketing to optimise brand visibility and promotions.
• Own the A&P budget, track spend, and ensure efficient utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years of brand management experience in FMCG or consumer health.
• Proven experience with ATL activities and direct‑to‑consumer communication.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to manage P&L.
