Partnerships Officer

About the role

The Partnerships Officer will support the establishment and operationalisation of the Public Diplomacy Think Tank at Prince Sultan University. Working from the UNDP Saudi Arabia office in Riyadh, the incumbent will facilitate stakeholder engagement, develop partnerships, coordinate events and ensure accurate reporting for the 12‑month project.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, map and maintain records of relevant stakeholders for the Think Tank.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with academic, governmental and civil‑society actors.
• Coordinate workshops, seminars and outreach events aligned with Vision 2030 objectives.
• Prepare regular progress reports and documentation for UNDP and project partners.
• Support the implementation of project activities in line with UNDP technical and operational standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder management and event coordination.
• Familiarity with public diplomacy, Vision 2030 and UN development frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh and collaborate with international and local partners.
