Passenger Service Supervisor – Airport Operations

About the role

The Passenger Service Supervisor leads the airport passenger services team at Flynas AHB Station, ensuring smooth check‑in, boarding and special assistance operations while meeting regulatory and airline standards. The role combines hands‑on service duties with staff coaching and shift management to achieve on‑time departures and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all Passenger Service Agent tasks and supervise the team during the shift.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff to meet departmental KPIs and SOPs.
• Monitor attendance, conduct briefings, assign work and review output for accuracy.
• Manage gate and transfer desk processes, coordinate with PRM team for special handling requests.
• Oversee flight close‑out, dispatch paperwork and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Handle queue management, crisis situations and irregularities, reporting incidents as required.
• Maintain uniform, appearance and safety equipment standards.
• Track inventory of stationery and airline supplies, place orders as needed.
• Generate shift summary reports and update operational logs.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least three years experience as a Passenger Service Agent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and flexible to work various shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using airport reporting tools such as FSC, SOR and D.A.T.E.
