Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor oversees daily supply chain operations, ensuring that procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution processes run smoothly. This position works closely with internal departments and external suppliers to guarantee timely availability of materials and optimal stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with departments to ensure timely availability of required supplies.
• Support procurement processes, manage purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and follow up on deliveries.
• Track inventory accuracy, stock movements, expiry dates, and supplier performance to minimize shortages and waste.
• Lead supply chain staff, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and organizational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, logistics, or a related area.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
