People Experience Partner

About the role

The People Experience Partner owns the end‑to‑end employee experience for Tabby's KSA entity, acting as a hands‑on people partner to the business. The role brings together onboarding and offboarding experience and performance‑management enablement, alongside Saudization planning and a strong grounding in Saudi government relations. Working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, it ensures employees connect with the business from day one and that people processes run smoothly and to standard.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and calibration sessions with managers.
• Ensure the Performance Management (PMS) cycle runs to process, driving timely completion of self‑reviews, manager ratings, and milestones.
• Own PIP cases end to end, from setup through monthly progress check‑ins to closure.
• Own Saudization planning with Talent Acquisition, aligning hiring with targets and conducting quarterly reviews.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital onboarding & offboarding workflows.
• Deliver onboarding sessions and guide new joiners so they connect with the business from day one.
• Facilitate exit and onboarding insights, turning them into action plans that improve retention and employee experience.
• Lead the annual local engagement and recreation calendar in partnership with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with a grounding in HR Operations.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth companies or startups.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi labour law, contract types, and managing expatriate and Saudi national employees.
• Hands‑on experience with government relations and related portals and processes.
• Experience with Saudization planning and partnership with Talent Acquisition.
• Familiarity with performance‑management cycles and relocation/mobility cases.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills; Arabic native/fluent and English professional proficiency.
