Pharmacist

About the role

My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. You will play a critical role in ensuring safe and accurate medication dispensing while providing patient education and supporting the overall health of our community.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications following verification procedures and pharmacy policies.
• Process e‑Prescriptions and manage all sales activities using the My Clinic electronic information system.
• Maintain the cash register, prepare daily financial statements, and hand over cash to the clinic’s cashier.
• Stay current with the Ministry of Health‑registered formulary, herbal preparations, medical devices, and special‑need materials.
• Provide patient counseling on drug usage, dosage, interactions, side effects, and offer educational materials as required.
• Advise patients on over‑the‑counter remedies, health supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.
• Handle insurance approvals, maintain accurate records, and communicate with patients regarding coverage.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, cleaners, and other support staff.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing manual prescriptions and generating daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with infection‑control, safety, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Licensed pharmacist with knowledge of Saudi MOH regulations and pharmacy practice.
• Experience in an outpatient or multispecialty clinic pharmacy setting.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with physicians, patients, and insurance providers.
• Ability to manage staff and perform administrative tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑Prescription systems.
• Experience using the My Clinic information system.
