Pilates Instructor (Comprehensive)

About the role

A premium wellness club in Riyadh is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor. The role suits someone who combines clinical expertise with Pilates instruction, helping clients with rehabilitation, injury prevention and overall physical well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and design individualised programmes and rehabilitation plans.
• Deliver safe, effective and progressive Pilates sessions (Reformer, mat and other equipment) tailored to each client's fitness needs.
• Work with clients at all fitness levels, including pre- and post-rehabilitation, injury recovery and performance enhancement.
• Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing and posture during sessions.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises and long-term physical health.
• Take part in internal training, workshops and wellness events.

Required profile

• Certified in Pilates (comprehensive preferred: BASI, STOTT, Balanced Body, Polestar or equivalent), or at least Reformer and mat.
• At least 2-3 years of Pilates instruction experience, preferably in a clinical or premium studio setting, teaching group and private sessions.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics and movement therapy.
• Confident, client-focused and able to manage clients with medical conditions, injuries and special populations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate and commit to a 2-year long-term contract, working up to 6 days a week with 4-6 sessions per day.

• Salary of 11,000-14,000 SAR plus commissions on private sessions.
