Medical Manager

About the role

A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is recruiting a Medical Manager to be based in Riyadh. Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based, and candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered. Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Identify key medical needs, treatment gaps and emerging opportunities within the local healthcare landscape.
• Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and deliver medical education initiatives to enhance disease awareness and scientific understanding.
• Prepare and review scientific materials, medical presentations and educational content in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs and Patient Support teams to support integrated brand and patient strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs.
• Experience in Neurology, Immunology or Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic speaker is a must.

• Excellent communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
