About the role
The Planning and Follow-up Senior Specialist supports ZATCA’s strategic objectives by collecting data, analysing information and preparing detailed reports. The role ensures alignment of departmental plans with the organization’s overall strategy and drives the implementation of key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data to produce reports that highlight sector strategies.
- Communicate approved strategic objectives to internal stakeholders and assist in developing annual operating plans.
- Gather, consolidate and coordinate departmental strategic, operational and budgetary plans for management approval.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and targets, ensuring they align with ZATCA’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross‑organizational initiatives, ensure compliance with mandates, and escalate discrepancies.
- Act as a focal point for business‑process updates in collaboration with the Strategy and Development sector.
- Draft action plans from meeting outcomes, communicate them to stakeholders and follow up on implementation.
- Support junior staff, provide training, and resolve escalated issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
