Pool & Beach Attendant

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking enthusiastic Pool & Beach Attendants to join its luxury recreation team. In this role you will ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests while delivering the high‑standard service expected at a Forbes‑rated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in pool and beach areas, creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
• Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and compliance with all pool and beach regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and presentation of pool decks, beach areas, loungers, cabanas and surrounding facilities.
• Set up loungers, towels, umbrellas and guest amenities to maximise comfort.
• Keep towels, water stations and guest supplies fully stocked throughout service periods.
• Inspect facilities regularly and report maintenance or operational issues promptly.
• Monitor pool water conditions and communicate concerns to the relevant department.
• Respond calmly to emergencies, guest incidents or safety concerns, providing basic first aid until additional help arrives.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, reservations and recreational requests.
• Support food and beverage service coordination when required.
• Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation and luxury hospitality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a pool, beach club, resort, recreation or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with the ability to anticipate and fulfil guest needs.
• Ability to monitor safety, enforce regulations and act decisively in emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
