Preschool Teacher (Saudi National)

About the role

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Preschool Teacher who is a Saudi national and passionate about early childhood education. You will join Cultivay’s nurturing environment where children aged 2‑6 are encouraged to explore, learn and develop confidence through creative, inquiry‑based activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, inquiry‑based learning experiences for children aged 2–6.
• Support children’s learning, creativity, and independence through hands‑on activities, storytelling, movement, and exploration.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Observe and respond to each child’s developmental needs and interests.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver meaningful learning experiences.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in preschool or early years settings.
• Passionate about child development and play‑based learning.
• Adaptable, proactive, and collaborative.
