About the role

Saipem, a global leader in engineering services for the energy sector, is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Foreman to lead plant maintenance activities. The role requires a technical diploma in engineering, preferably Electrical or Instrumentation, and 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in preventive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks on plant equipment.
• Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation).
• 10‑15 years of experience as a craftsman in plant maintenance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership ability, self‑starter attitude, and motivational skills.
