About the role
Saipem, a global leader in engineering services for the energy sector, is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Foreman to lead plant maintenance activities. The role requires a technical diploma in engineering, preferably Electrical or Instrumentation, and 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in preventive maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance tasks on plant equipment.
- Ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
Required profile
- Technical diploma in engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation).
- 10‑15 years of experience as a craftsman in plant maintenance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Leadership ability, self‑starter attitude, and motivational skills.
Required skills
- Electrical engineering knowledge.
