Principal Business Solution Consultant

About the role

CSG is seeking a Principal Business Solution Consultant to work with leading telecommunications clients. In this senior position you will combine industry knowledge with CSG’s portfolio of products and services to design innovative solutions that drive revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with telecom operators (mobile, fixed, cable, broadband, converged) to understand strategic goals and align them with CSG solutions.
• Develop creative business, technical, and operating models, including commercial frameworks, that improve revenue and efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft winning strategies.
• Build solution architecture strategies based on customer scenarios and motivations.
• Create business cases that justify new initiatives and demonstrate value.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, preferably with a focus on revenue management, customer experience, or payment solutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex client conversations and translate business challenges into technology‑driven solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience developing business cases and commercial models.
