Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to lead our procurement team at the Dammam head office. The role involves overseeing supplier relationships, ensuring cost‑effective purchasing for both Saudi Aramco and non‑Aramco projects, and driving operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily procurement operations and monitor team performance.
• Manage supplier selection, evaluation, and re‑evaluation processes.
• Review and approve Material Requisition Packages (MRP) following a 9‑step process.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, and quality with vendors.
• Develop market feasibility studies for local and international suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and Aramco/non‑Aramco requirements.
• Represent procurement in client and consultant meetings.
• Conduct supplier visits and quality inspections.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and track key performance indicators.
• Maintain and regularly update the supplier database.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 8–12 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction or large‑scale projects.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
