Product & Design Intern – Imagine Challenge

About the role

We are looking for a Product & Design Intern to join Tabby’s Marketplace team through the Tabby Imagine challenge. The intern will work on real product problems, from research to launch, under senior mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define product problems within the Tabby app.
• Conduct user research, analyse data and size the impact of potential solutions.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions in Figma, including flows, screens, states and edge cases.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from product and design teams.
• Hand off specifications to engineers and follow the feature through development and release.
• Measure post‑launch performance and communicate results to the team.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and product managers on shared initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a portfolio that demonstrates product‑focused thinking.
• Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions with evidence.
• Fluent written Arabic or English (both judged equally).
• Interest in fintech, payments and the Saudi market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma for component‑based design and prototyping.
• Basic ability to read and interpret data funnels or metrics.
• Familiarity with front‑end development concepts to assess implementation effort.
