Product Designer – AI‑Driven Solutions for Government

About the role

Scale AI is seeking a bilingual Product Designer to shape AI‑driven experiences for government and enterprise clients across the Middle East. You will own the end‑to‑end design process, turning raw concepts into polished products that influence critical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 0‑to‑1 design initiatives, collaborating with product managers and engineers to ship impactful features quickly.
• Extract insights from stakeholder feedback and translate them into compelling design concepts.
• Manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and align them around a clear design direction.
• Communicate ideas visually using AI tools such as Cursor and Claude, creating high‑fidelity prototypes and visual storytelling.
• Make data‑informed design decisions based on research, analytics, and user insights.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (hard requirement).
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in early‑stage product development.
• Experience in both startup and established environments, with at least one role at a well‑respected company.
• Background in B2B products for government or enterprise clients.
• Prior work experience in the GCC and willingness to be based or relocate within the region.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered design platforms such as Cursor and Claude.
• Degree in HCI, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual storytelling for broad audiences.
