Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant will support the Production Team and Production Support Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth logistics for cast, crew, and equipment. This role is essential for keeping pre‑production and on‑set activities organized and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing CRFs and coordinating travel arrangements for cast and crew.
• Support scheduling of pre‑production meetings and location scouting.
• Manage production logistics such as transportation, accommodation, catering, and equipment coordination.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, location owners, and relevant authorities.
• Distribute call sheets, schedules, and other production documentation.
• Provide on‑set coordination support and help resolve operational issues.
• Maintain organized and accurate production documentation, permits, contracts, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or a related field (preferred) or in business management, media, marketing, or communication.
• Previous experience as a Production Assistant or in production coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Awareness of on‑set safety regulations and protocols.
