Production Operator

About the role

The Production Operator ensures smooth start‑up and continuous run of manufacturing equipment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with helpers, quality control and maintenance teams to minimise downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Validate that all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) are available before each new job start‑up.
• Operate machinery according to work instructions to guarantee safe and reliable production.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and request support when needed to reduce downtime.
• Check startup samples and obtain approval from the production section head before QC inspection.
• Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head for corrective action.
• Assign tasks to helpers and maintain 5S standards at the workstation.

Required profile

• Industrial diploma (preferred) with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus.
