Production Senior Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Senior Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on monitoring equipment condition, applying lean manufacturing tools, and ensuring smooth operation of production machines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor asset condition using real‑time indicators to prioritize maintenance and minimise downtime.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as Just‑In‑Time, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA to improve efficiency.
• Operate production machinery according to Standard Operating Procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support maintenance activities by identifying spare‑part needs and assisting with routine upkeep.
• Contribute to the transformation of raw materials into finished products by following established manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior production or operator role within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of condition monitoring and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work autonomously while adhering to SOPs and quality standards.
