About the role

The Program Planning & Management Section Manager leads the design, execution, and continuous improvement of program frameworks and operating models, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. This senior role drives governance, risk management, and performance measurement across complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program planning and management activities, ensuring effective governance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop, implement, and refine program frameworks, operating models, and SOPs.
• Design and execute strategic plans that enhance program resilience and sustainability.
• Identify and apply best practices to optimize performance and adaptability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support decision‑making and strategic objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team capabilities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and performance reviews.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, presentations, and recommendations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, PMO, or organizational performance management.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
• Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex strategic initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
