Project Engineer – Civil Infrastructure (Saudi National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Saudi National Project Engineer to support the delivery of high‑speed rail, utility corridors, and structural foundations in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will act as a bridge between design teams and on‑site construction, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review civil and structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals for compliance with project codes.
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in monitoring site progress, identifying delays, and aligning construction with Digital Twin models.
• Track project schedules, prepare weekly progress reports, and manage RFI logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and international consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all civil works follow Parsons’ Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) protocols and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera P6.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
