Project Engineer – Fit‑Out Works

About the role

ABYAT is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the execution of fit‑out and installation projects across its retail network in Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full post‑sales cycle, from order confirmation through installation, logistics coordination, project completion and handover to the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of assigned fit‑out and installation projects.
• Develop project execution plans, timelines, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables, providing regular status updates and executive reports.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including installation, logistics, after‑sales operations, subcontractors and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to ABYAT’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of relevant experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• Strong engineering background combined with proven project management capabilities.
• Operational leadership and a customer‑centric mindset.
