Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the planning, execution and control of large‑scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring technical excellence, safety and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members across design, manufacturing, construction and maintenance.
• Coordinate with design, construction, procurement and contractor teams to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, technical specifications and change orders.
• Monitor engineering and construction progress against budget and schedule, preparing budgets and control reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors and regional management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure or city development projects, especially water and wastewater works.
• Proven experience managing major government or semi‑government programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to implement a zero‑accident safety philosophy and work internationally.
