Project Manager – Construction (Fit-Out, F&B & Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead fit‑out, food & beverage, retail and commercial construction projects in Riyadh. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring quality, budget adherence and timely handover while coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise fit‑out and construction projects from concept to handover.
• Manage construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and commercial spaces, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans; monitor progress and control costs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections, review drawings, BOQs and contractor submissions, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee procurement activities, material deliveries and contractor performance.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the GCC.
• Proven track record managing fit‑out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP coordination and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
