Project Manager – Hospitality Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of 5‑star hotel and resort projects for renowned operators. The role is based within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and requires deep knowledge of the full PMC lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple hospitality projects from initiation through closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk, HSE and stakeholder requirements are met.
• Serve as the primary contact for all project matters, including permits, claims, variations and engineer instructions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, logs, registers and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and status reports for clients and senior management.
• Motivate and coach project teams, resolve conflicts and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, quality and cost, and propose mitigation measures for identified risks.
• Establish and improve policies, procedures and documentation for project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar PMC role.
• Proven track record delivering 2‑3 five‑star hotel or resort projects for major operators.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality sector and PMC services.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and demonstrated application.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
