Project Manager – Infrastructure Development

About the role

Qantara is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure development projects in Riyadh. You will coordinate with the Project Management team, supervision consultants, and main contractors to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Own the overall delivery of assigned development projects, ensuring timely and budget‑constrained execution.
• Monitor daily cost, quality, and progress, reporting variations and issues to senior management.
• Prepare regular progress reports for the Executive Director, Development Management.
• Coordinate closely with PMC/consultants and the main contractor to resolve technical and contractual matters.
• Contribute detailed inputs during the conceptual planning stage.
• Uphold safety standards and enforce quality assurance and control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s in Project Management preferred.
• PMP certification and membership in professional bodies such as CIOB, RICS or RIBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of on‑site engineering experience, including at least 7 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience in the GCC region, preferably in Dubai or Doha.
• Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for design review.
• Experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and control.
